1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups water
4 1/2 cups milk
1/4 tsp vanilla

MIX 1/3 CUP SUGAR, 1/3 CUP COCOA AND SALT IN A SAUCE PAN. ADD WATER AND HEAT TO BOILING, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. BOIL FOR 2 MINUTES. STIR IN THE MILK. HEAT THROUGH BUT DO NOT BOIL. ADD VANILLA AND STIR IN.
