"This is the best pineapple upside down cake recipe you will find, guaranteed! The peach and bourbon combine to create the flavor of the cake itself (strange but true!) while obviously the juices make up the fruit on the cake and the vodka adds the alcohol punch every shooter needs. ENJOY!"

3/4 oz vodka
1/2 oz bourbon whiskey (preferably Jim Beam from the freezer)
1/4 oz peach schnapps
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1 splash maraschino cherry juice

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and shake vigorously, then strain into a 2 oz. shooter glass.

***NOTE: This can also be made as a sipping drink if you shake and pour -- rocks and all -- into a rocks glass.***
