1 1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
1/4 oz Blue Curacao liqueur

Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with flamed orange peel on the glass, and serve.

This is not the true recipe for a blue monday cocktail as there are more ingredients and in a different glass and finally served differently.

with just 2 parts top shelf vodka and 1 part cointreau... nothing blue about it, but it's a great martini style drink, strong and smooth.
