Dr. Pepper recipe

I was a bit skeptical when I read the recipe, but having all the ingredients downstairs, I decided to give it a try. I made it exactly as the recipe instructed, and I was pleasantly surprized! It actually tasted like Dr. Pepper! Really fizzy and very drinkable, it was great. The only thing that could have made it better would be a different brand of beer (I used PBR).

This is probably the best tasting drink I've ever made. It's so cheap to make too, here you can get a bottle of generic amaretto for like $6-7, a case of beer is a staple at any party, and soda is pretty inexpensive. I bought pepsi, because I prefer pepsi for mixing with my rum and other stuff. It came out tasting more like a cherry coke ice cream float. Only problem is it is pretty weak. I downed several with little effect. I must experiment with adding an extra shot of hard liquor.
