Dirty Banana recipe

1 oz creme de bananes
1 oz creme de cacao
1 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Blend six ice cubes with ice-cream in a blender until smooth. Add liqueurs and continue blending, again until smooth. Add more ice-cream if needed (for milk-shake consistency). Pour into a highball glass, and serve.

I went to Cancun and had a Dirty Monkey and thought THAT was the best, but this beats it!

The real dirty banana has a banana in it, use ice instead of the ice cream with a little splash of milk.. i got my recipe from the Lido Negril.

I had a dirty banana on the carnival cruise to bermuda, it was not made with ice cream. It was the best. Wish i had the exact recipe.

Best drink for relaxing, make sure you know what is in it, bartenders tend to vary with their own version, best with fresh bananas, milk or cream, while in jamaica have them make it with a splash of rum cream along with coffee liquor---absolutely great!!!! for a great kick ask for dark rum added, drank this every day at RIU Negril, Jamaica

Just got back from Negril where this drink is king. I believe recipe is: 1/2 banana (ripe), 1 oz coffee liqeur, 1 oz coffee creme liqeur, milk, Appleton overproof rum and ice

This was the first cocktail I had when I arrived at Montego Bay. Not sure of the recipe, but it was loaded with flavor and had a nice kick, enough to jump start me after a long plane ride. I strongly recommend Jamaica and Dirty Banana's for the ultimate relaxing, fun and adventuresome vacation. Be sure to check out the water falls! Yeah Mon!

This should be one of your first drinks upon reaching Jamaica! They are the BEST! You can drink them all day long and never get tired of them. I also use ice instead of ice cream and real bananas instead of banana liquor. Use rum cream instead!!! That is how they make it in Jamaica! Wow, I wish I were there!
