1 oz black sambuca
3 coffee beans

Put 3 coffee beans in a shooter and add the sambuca. Light the sambuca and let burn for 10 seconds or so. Cover the glass with your hand to extinguish, then inhale the air underneath your hand. Drink the shot.

After you empty the glass, turn it over, put the straw into the the glass and take a deep breath (as if you're smoking a cigarette). Unbelievable sensation...

Instead of covering flaming sambuca by your hand, you can do it by another glass and leave it like this till it extinguishes. Then you put a straw between the edges of the glasses and inhale that miracle-making cloud. Aftera that - simply uncover and drink. That's the way I've tried it the first time. Good stuff.

The coffee beans are from the traditional Italian drink, when sambuca is served neat (straight) the addition of 3 coffee beans representing health, wealth and happiness (or luck). they can be chewed for the real coffee fanatics out there!
