1 oz absinthe herbal liqueur
1 oz 7-Up® soda

Use two separate glasses at first. Add 7-up to one, absinthe to the other. Light absinthe on fire, wait for 5 seconds, then pour it into 7-up glass. Be extremely careful while pouring! Set absinthe cup upside down with a straw underneath the edge and inhale through the straw. Then take the shot.

If you do alot of these you wont rember much!!! This drink can make you see things!!! Has to be done on fire, the best way is to melt sugar into the glass while it's on fire and then pour into other glass and inhale fumes and drink the drink. That's serious!!

DEFINATELY TRY THIS!

I was given one by a bartender @ the Family (BRISBANE-AUS) - it blew me away. I asked for another...

Can't get them there anymore - apparently they are illegal (or the bar manager is covering his ass).

I drink absinthe regularly, but I've never heard of inhaling the fumes like that. I will definitely give it a try.

I've never "seen things," though. To me, it brings a very heightened alertness totally unlike any other alcohol. Maybe vodka and Red Bull is similar, but I highly doubt it. Absinthe is great stuff!

Is this chasing the green fairy/smoking absinthe (similar to chasing the dragon with heroin/opium). Bet it gives quite a rush/flash that you wouldn't get drinking it.

I'm pretty sure bar tenders have a policy against getting people pissed on the one drink, less money and it's like 60cents to call the taxi for them aswell ;)
