2 oz vodka
1 oz dry vermouth
1 oz lime juice
1 celery stalk
1 spear cucumber

Stir liquids with ice then strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with celery and cucumber. Serve immediately.

Wasn't this from an episode of cheers, where Sam is trying to get his job back after Rebbecca takes over the bar, and the new guy had to quit if there was a drink he didn't know, and all the regulars conspired and asked for a screaming viking!?
