Dark and Stormy #3 recipe

Fill pre-chill a tall glass by filling with ice and water. Let sit for a moment.

Toss out water and ice, fill with fresh ice.

To this add 2 oz's of Gosling's Black Seal Rum.

To this top with Barretts Ginger Beer. Ginger ale will not work. For this drink to succeed, use a strong, almost bitter ginger beer.

Squeeze 1/4 lime into the libation.

Top with freshly grated nutmeg. Do not use powdered nutmeg.

Stir with a slice of fresh ginger and serve.

Prepare more glasses ...seconds and thirds may be ordered if it's a hot day.
