Oatmeal Cookie recipe

1/2 oz Grand Marnier® orange liqueur
1/2 oz butterscotch schnapps
1/2 oz Bailey's® Irish cream

Pour ingredients into a stainless steel shaker over ice, and shake until completely cold. Strain into an old-fashioned glass, and serve.

Not sure this recipe is well thought out.

* At only 1.5 ounces it's only .5 over a shot - it should probably be over ice at that volume.

* The Baileys totally dominates the drink. Couldn't really taste the Butterscotch schnapps or Grand Marnier. It's just like drinking Baileys.

I make them with Hot Damn, or replace the Triple Sec/Hot Damn with Jaggermeister (I know it sounds weird) and you have an oatmeal raisin cookie-- yum!

We add a bit of Goldschlager to ours (not too much- 1/4 oz) and the cinnamon spice completely makes the shot- gives a little zing to the smooth creaminess of the baileys and butterscotch combo.
