As established at bars within the University of Illinois, USA. A popular student drink.

2 oz UV® blue raspberry vodka
2 oz orange vodka
2 oz vodka
1 - 2 oz Sprite® soda

Pour all liquors into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Fill with Sprite soda, and serve.

The third ingredient is actually citrus vodka and not normal vodka.

Definitely if you're looking for a universal drink guaranteed to make you smile the ice bomb is amazing!!! Personally I think the university of illinois should be universally known for their ice bombs at co daniels, it's pretty much my new best friend...

This drink is obviously strong yet curiously tasty. The BEST first drink of the night, all the others will go down smoother after this.

Its ok, but I've had better. Def gets you messed up, but it has quite the aftertaste.

This is by far one of my favorites. Had some when I first turned 21 and have made it a tradition with those I know to order one for them when they first turn 21.

It's not a bad drink, but far from the best. I added a couple drops of sweet & sour since I had no citrus vodka (used regular vodka in its place), and topped the glass with more sprite (ended up using around 6oz) - it tasted much better after that.

I think there might be more sprite in it than that, not to mention ice, b/c the ones at CO's have hardly any aftertaste.

I thought it was ok. Quite an after taste. Added OJ to it when I was halfway done with it. That seemed to improve the taste. Not quite sure why this drink is at 9.9 with over a thousand votes.

Do you mix the drink at all or do you just pour the Sprite on top of the liquor and serve? If that's all you do, is there a layering effect at all?

This shit is the bomb, i really like it but a few of my friends find it too strong. One of these willl start the night out awesomely!!! (I used both orange vodka and or triple sec).
